Operator and scope

AKITA, LLC, based in California, operates 4626.fun. This notice covers the website, account and waitlist, demonstrations, the application, and support. Contact hello@4626.fun for privacy questions or requests.

Information collected

Depending on the features you use, we process email and sign-in information; profile and selected role; optional social handles and linked identities; public wallet and smart-account addresses; referral and campaign parameters; visitor and session identifiers; country information; and signup or access status. You may also provide messages, attachments, and support correspondence. Public blockchain information can be associated with a wallet address.

Usage, network and browser information

We process technical request and security information to operate the site and prevent abuse. The waitlist lead path records a hashed IP value and country information. Access-funnel events record route, authentication method, outcome, access status, and wallet state. Hosting and other providers may separately process IP addresses and request logs; hashing one application field does not make all processing anonymous. Cookies and browser storage support authentication, settings, and application state. Browser controls can restrict storage, which may affect functionality.

Purposes

We use this information to operate accounts and the waitlist, authenticate access, respond to support and privacy requests, understand signup and access failures, attribute referrals and campaigns, maintain security, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Optional chat or linked social features process information needed for the interaction you request. Do not include confidential information in public messages or in a demonstration.

Service providers and disclosures

The application integrates infrastructure and authentication services including Vercel, Supabase, and Privy. Email, messaging, RPC, social-network, and AI service providers may receive information necessary for enabled features and user-requested interactions. Provider processing depends on the feature and deployment configuration. Information submitted to a public blockchain is public and cannot generally be deleted by AKITA. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights and security.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the data purpose, account relationship, security needs, disputes, and applicable legal obligations. No fixed deletion or backup-expiry interval is promised in this notice. You may request deletion of offchain account or waitlist information. We assess applicable retention exceptions and explain any information that must be retained. Removing an app account cannot erase public blockchain records or records independently controlled by another provider.

Requests and choices

Email hello@4626.fun to request access, correction, deletion, or to stop nonessential communications. State which account or signup is concerned; using its associated email helps us verify the request. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or identity documents in an initial request. You can choose not to provide optional social information and can control browser storage. Legal privacy rights depend on the applicable law; this notice does not limit them.

Tracking preferences

This notice does not represent that browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals disable every form of processing. Essential authentication and security processing may continue. Contact hello@4626.fun about privacy choices or applicable opt-out rights. We do not claim that provider analytics, advertising settings, or cross-site tracking have been independently verified through this notice.

Security, children and updates

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system guarantees complete security. The account and waitlist are intended for people with legal capacity to agree to the terms, not children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to request review and removal as appropriate. We publish changes to this notice with an updated version date.
