Timeline
- Deploy + activate on Base.
- Phase 2 finalize — 25% Solana bridge leg (plus vesting / Base CCA / spoke inventory).
- Share auction runs → settle → trading live on Base.
- Meteora may complete after finalize (operator-assisted).
